Everyone is invited to enjoy a free, light supper and a time to rest and recharge while learning how to help others who may be suffering with mental health issues. October 15th speaker, Jennifer Fiegel-Newlon, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will speak on reducing stigma and increasing awareness of mental health management. There will be time for question and answers.
