Mirror Lake State Park

Simply put? The park’s namesake, Mirror Lake. Surrounded by sandstone bluffs, it’s a serene escape from the chaos of the world beyond the park. The lake is so calm at times that not a single ripple interrupts the surface, hence it’s mirrorlike appearance. The lake reflects a wooded shoreline with cliffs up to 50 feet high, and it boasts a swimming beach and wetlands that are home to a variety of wildlife.

Come one, come all to explore the park’s 2,200 acres, which include several picnic areas, wooded campsites, summer rentals, and a cabin for people with disabilities.
