Mental Health Action Team

Public Health Sauk County recently completed our Community Health Assessment (CHA), with the partnership of our 3 local healthcare facilities, and the Ho Chunk Nation. The goal of the CHA was to identify factors in our county that contribute to health challenges, as well as recognize existing community assets and resources that we can mobilize to improve our community’s health. Mental Health is again one of the top 3 issues that residents chose as a direct focus for Public Health and Sauk County over the next 3 years.
Our vision is that everyone has quick, easy, and affordable access to needed mental health care.
Join us as we examine access to care and look at long waiting periods for care.
