Whether you are a parent, grandparent, guardian or someone who works with youth, it is important to maintain a healthy mind and promote mental wellness for yourself and for the youth in your life.
Join Sauk County Partnership for Prevention and Therapy Without Walls for a free one-hour webinar on maintaining positive mental health. Learn tools to help keep you and your family grounded during challenging times. Families are encouraged to watch together. Can’t attend on the 8th? This webinar will be recorded and shared with those who register.
