2023 Virtual Women’s Night

Mark your calendars and register today! Join the South Central Alliance for Tobacco Prevention as they host a FREE Virtual Women’s Night event on Wednesday, May 3rd from 5-6:30pm. This event, scheduled right before Women’s Health Week, will acknowledge the unique challenges women experience, while highlighting the importance of inner strength and self worth. All are welcome! The event is virtual and includes a thirty minute keynote speaker, followed by a 30 minute activity based break out room where attendees can participate in either Strong Bodies, mindful meditation, chair yoga, or a cooking demonstration. Finally, all attendees will come back together and local partners who serve women in Adams, Juneau, and Sauk counties will give a brief overview of their program.
