Join Erin Crooks Lynch from Enos Farms for a cozy afternoon of baking and afternoon tea. You’ll learn how to make a simple rustic galette that is lovely and delicious using local ingredients. This pastry can be adapted for whatever fruit is available, making it the perfect recipe for all seasons. After the time in the kitchen, we’ll gather for an afternoon tea with galettes to eat. You’ll take home recipes, your creation to bake at home, and enough dough to make a second galette.
